By accessing or using the Opine service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Opine provides AI-powered conversation services that allow users to chat with AI characters based on real public figures. The AI responses are generated based on publicly available information and do not represent the actual views or opinions of the real individuals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Opine reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Opine retains all rights to the Opine platform, including software, technology, content, brand, and usage data subject to applicable privacy laws. Conversations you have with our AI characters are stored to improve the service and provide conversation history.

All responses from AI characters are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and educational purposes only. These responses do not represent the actual views, opinions, or statements of the real individuals they are based on. Users should not rely on AI-generated content as factual statements from these individuals.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Opine does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
In no event shall Opine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All payments for Opine subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax on our behalf.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
Opine reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds may be granted at Opine's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, please contact us at founders@opine.chat with your account details and reason for the request.
Any approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
